Founded in 2021, Radiant Foundation exists to empower women and their families so they able to rebuild their lives and heal from trauma, abuse, and homelessness. Furthermore, Radiant Foundation offers comprehensive support such as supplemented housing, trauma-informed daycare for children, and free counseling to empower anyone, who is a survivor of trauma and abuse. Our programs provide respectful and compassionate support to those in need, so they are able to rebuild safe, independent, and sustainable lives.

BACKPACK FOR HAITI CAMPAIGN
It all started after visiting my hometown 2011, Les Cayes, Haiti; I knew I had to do my part. I am inviting you to join me by making a one-time monetary donation or a recurring monetary donation of any size. Why? Because I cannot do it alone.
The children in Haiti will be able to go to school, thanks to this fundraiser that will provide school supplies.
We are looking to purchase 345 backpacks for all the children that will be serviced by a school in my hometown in Les Cayes, Haiti. We also want to raise enough money to fund the school lunch program so the children are guaranteed one meal each school day.

OUR FOUNDER
Flore Francois
Rose Flore Francois better known as Flore is a modern woman of faith, take-charge businesswoman, Recording Artist, Author, and Influencer who expertly balances career, ministry, and family. She is passionate about serving her community and reaching people who are seeking to make peace with their past, maximize their present, and deepen their relationship with God.
In 2017, Flore launched Radiant Sistership Circle a sisterhood ministry that focuses on nurturing every woman to her fullness. Since its conception Radiant Sistership Circle has been successful at reaching and guiding women to awaken healing, wholeness, and love for themselves and others.
As a preacher’s kid, the Haitian American Minister have endured years of emotional bondage, depression, harassment, and betrayal.
At a very young age, she knew she was called but was tempted to allow her journey as a woman battling insecurities, low self-esteem, toxic relationships, and depression to define the rest of her life. It wasn’t until she was in her darkest moment that she realized she only had two options: settle or radiate. She chose to shine bright!
The process of transforming from the insecure and fearful young girl that she was into the mother, businesswoman, and leader that she is took dedication, discipline, support, and spiritual growth. Her passion is to utilize her painful experiences, insight, and influence to help every soul she encounters to evolve into the best version of themselves.
Flore founded Radiant Foundation as a lighthouse that radiates, a shining light to all in need, to increased awareness to domestic violence and offer a haven for survivors who were displaced due to that abuse. As a visionary in the cause of women empowerment and the President of Radiant Foundation, Inc. her goal is to help every girl and women healed from their past hurt.
She is the author of Divorce Recovery & Hope Work book:
Flore holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Clinical Research Administration.
